UNCG & Bryan employs business principles to eliminate waste

Recently the Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Programs, Joy Bhadury, of the UNCG Bryan School of Business and Economics was quoted in the Business Journal.  The article was about “lean” business principles becoming more popular in recent years and how UNCG and the Bryan School have implemented them for their students to be successful in the workforce.

It looks at the entire value chain of an organization, identifies areas of improvement whether it be through working capital, through looking at hitting other levels, or through essentially making processes more efficient, that tells me that there is a market for this, and

there’s a need for this kind of seminar going forward.
